Under s. 366 of the Local Government Act 1993, we hereby give notice of the following motions:

1. We request an Extraordinary Council Meeting be held on Monday 3 November 2025 commencing at 4:30pm at the Weddin Shire Council Chambers, 73 Camp Street GRENFELL  NSW  2810. 

REASON FOR EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

1. To undertake the final stage of the General Manager Recruitment Process and seek Council’s determination on the preferred candidate for the permanent appointment (fixed term) of the General Manager.
