THURSDAY 2 APRIL 2026 | 10:00am - 2:00pm
Service NSW will be at Council’s Administration Building on Thursday 2 April 2026 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
Come and talk to a savings specialist to access savings, concessions and rebates and learn more about NSW Government Services including Energy Rebates, Seniors Card, Transport & Driving concessions plus more. No appointment necessary.

Council wishes to advise that the Grenfell Aquatic Centre will be closed to the public on the following dates for swimming carnivals:
*Thursday 12 February 2026 from 10:00am - 3:00pm
*Friday 13 February 2026 from 10:00am - 3:00pm
*Thursday 19 February 2026 from 10:00am - 3:00pm
*Sunday 22 February 2026 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm
*Friday 6 March 2026 from 10:00am - 3:00pm.

COMMUNITY NOTICE | BIN SURVEY

In February 2026, a contractor will be conducting surveys of Weddin Shire Council’s residential bin contents presented for collection. The results will assist with further improving waste services such as bin systems, programs and education to increase recycling and reduce waste to landfill.

PUBLIC NOTICE | TEMPORARY CLOSURE - LAWSON OVAL

Council wishes to advise that the Lawson Oval Football Field will be closed to the public due to safety and maintenance from Friday 30 January 2026 to Friday 27 February 2026.
The Cricket Ground will remain open and available for use.
