ALCOHOL FREE ZONE SUSPENSION | 10 JUNE 2023
Weddin Shire Council gives notice that for the Henry Lawson Festival of Arts, the area directly in front of The Criterion Hotel, Main Street Grenfell NSW will have the Alcohol Free Zone suspended on Saturday 10 June 2023 between the hours of 12noon and 5:00pm.
The Alcohol Free Zones can be varied or suspended for special circumstances under section 645 of the Local Government Act 1993 with the approval of a Council Resolution. As per the Ordinary Council Meeting of 20 April 2023, Resolution 078/023, approval to suspend the Alcohol Free Zone in the designated area has been granted.
