Road Conditions Update - Temporary Road Closure

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES | DRIVE TO CONDITIONS

Weddin Shire Council wishes to advise that all unsealed roads within the LGA are closed to vehicles over three (3) tonne until 4:00pm Friday 6 March 2026.

 The following roads are closed to all traffic:

*Greenethorpe-Bumbaldry Road

*Kangarooby Road, Bumbaldry

*Morans Road, Bribbaree

Other roads affected with Water Over the Road:

*Henry Lawson Way (8kms from Grenfell towards Young)

*Henry Lawson Way (towards Forbes near Bradfords Lane)

*Mid Western Highway from Grenfell to Caragabal (near Eves Lane)

*Mid Western Highway from Grenfell to Cowra (near Broula King Mine, Bumbaldry)

*Bradley Street, Grenfell

Weddin Shire Council asks residents and visitors in the Shire to take care on the roads and drive to conditions following the rain event.
