PUBLIC NOTICE | WEDDIN SHIRE COUNCIL

PROPERTY OWNERS / OCCUPIERS / MOTORISTS

MAIN STREET AND SHORT STREET, GRENFELL NSW 2810

FOOTPATH WORKS

Council wishes to advise that footpath works will take place on Sunday 30 November 2025 at Main Street and Short Street, Grenfell NSW 2810.

These works will be carried out under a partial footpath closure and partial parking space closure, which will remain in place for the duration of the project. Work hours will be 7:00 am to 12:00pm.

Residents, business owners, and motorists on Main Street (nearby the Ashton & Joyce Building and Gordon Garling Moffitt Building) and Short Street (at the intersection Burrangong Street) of will retain reduced access during these improvement works.
Traffic control measures will be in place to ensure safe movement through the work zone.

Some noise and dust may be generated due to the use of plant and equipment during construction. Council will make every effort to minimise disruption to nearby residents and business.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during this period and thanks the community for their understanding and cooperation.
