POLICY FOR FEES, EXPENSES AND FACILITIES FOR COUNCILLORS 2019/2020

Notice is hereby given of Council’s intention to adopt a policy for fees, expenses and facilities for Councillors in 2019/2020.

The draft policy is available for inspection at the Council Chambers and on Council’s website.

Written submissions are invited from the public and will be received up until 4.00 pm on Thursday 13 June, 2019.

DRAFT DELIVERY PROGRAM 2017/2021

DRAFT OPERATIONAL PLAN 2019/2020

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Council has reviewed and prepared the following draft documents for the 2019/2020 financial year and beyond:

  • Revised Delivery Program 2017/2021
  • Draft Operational Plan 2019/2020

The draft Delivery Program is drawn from the Community Strategic Plan and sets out the principal activities to be undertaken during the four year period 2017/2021.

The draft Operational Plan sets out the specific actions to be undertaken during the 2019/2020 financial year, and includes:-

  • a listing of the specific tasks for the year under each of the Community Plan’s six main themes,
  • the revenue policy including rates and charges, licence fees and charges, and an income and expenditure statement
  • the detailed budget,
  • a schedule of road and street programmes.

Copies of these documents are available for public inspection at the Council Chambers, Grenfell Library and the village Post Offices.  They are also available on Council’s website www.weddin.nsw.gov.au

Written submissions are invited and will be accepted up until 4.00 pm on Thursday, 13 June 2019, for consideration at the June 2019 Council Meeting.

T1/2019 – TENDERS FOR PLANT HIRE ON CASUAL BASIS

Tenders are invited and will be received by the undersigned up until 5pm, Friday 7th June, 2019 for Plant Hire on Casual Basis for various types of works within the Weddin Shire for the 2019/2020 financial year.

Tender documents are available on the Council website or from the Council administration office.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - EX-RURAL FIRE SERVICE TRUCKS

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the purchase of three (3) Ex-Rural Fire Service Trucks as follows:

  • 1993 Isuzu FTS 700 4x4 Service Vehicle truck, 6 cylinder, orange colour, diesel manual, 60755 kms, 1130 pump hrs.
  • 1993 Isuzu FTS 700 4x4 Service Vehicle truck, 6 cylinder, orange colour, diesel manual, 44152 kms, 738 pump hrs.
  • 1997 Mitsubishi Canter 500/600 4x4 Service Vehicle truck, 4 cylinder, orange colour, diesel manual, 16753 kms.
