Time of Auction: 10.30am

 

Sale Price: Should the sale price of the land be less than or equal to $10,000.00, the Purchaser agrees to pay the full sale price as a deposit in lieu of the 10% deposit on the day of the auction, and Contracts will be exchanged on this same day.

 

Payment of Deposit: Contract must be signed and the deposit paid in cash within 30 minutes of the fall of the hammer, and if that has not occurred, then the property can be auctioned again
