INTEGRATED PLANNING & REPORTING DOCUMENTS

REVISED DELIVERY PROGRAM 2017-2021 & DRAFT OPERATIONAL PLAN 2020/2021

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Council has reviewed and prepared the following draft documents for the 2020/2021 financial year and beyond:

  • Revised Delivery Progam 2017-2021
  • Draft Operational Plan 2020/2021

The draft Delivery Program is drawn from the Community Strategic Plan and sets out the principal activities to be undertaken during the four-year period 2017-2021.

The draft Operational Plan sets out the specific actions to be undertaken during the 2020/2021 financial year, and includes: -

  • a listing of the specific tasks for the year under each of the Community Plan’s six main themes;
  • the revenue policy including rates and charges, licence fees and charges, and an income and expenditure statement;
  • the detailed budget; and
  • a schedule of road and street programmes.

Copies of these documents are available for public inspection upon request. They are also available on Council’s Public Exhibition webpage.

Written submissions are invited and will be accepted up until 4:00pm on Thursday, 18 June 2020, for consideration at the June 2020 Council Meeting.
