Weddin Aquatic Centre Redevelopment

 REQUEST FOR TENDER NO: 3/2015

 Description: Weddin Shire Council invites tenders for a contract to Design & Construct the Weddin Aquatic Centre Redevelopment Stage 1 – 50 m Pool and associated Plant in Grenfell NSW.

 Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents may be obtained by contacting Brendan Hayes of the Council on 02 6343 1212 or by collecting the documentation from the Weddin Shire Council administration desk – Camp Street Grenfell, or Council’s electronic tendering website www.tenderlink.com/weddin

 Requests for Information Regarding the Proposed Contract: Please contact Brendan Hayes – 02 63431212 –

 Deadline: Tenders close on 12pm Friday 18th December 2015.

 Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged by hand or by post to Tender Box Weddin Shire Council, PO Box 125, Grenfell NSW 2810 or through Council’s electronic tendering website www.tenderlink.com/weddin Tenders submitted by facsimile will not be accepted.

 Tender Briefing/Site Inspection: A tender briefing/site inspection will be held on Friday 13th November 2015 at 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at the Grenfell Pool site in Forbes Street, Grenfell.

 Quotations/Tenders must be lodged in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Quotation/Tender documents.

 All Quotations/Tenders must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.

 The Principal shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any Quotation/Tender.

 Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
