Integrated Planning

In 2009 the NSW Government enacted and gazetted the Local Government Amendment (Planning and Reporting) Act requiring all New South Wales Councils to introduce a new planning and reporting framework. This new three-tiered planning process is called Integrated Planning and Reporting (IPR), and ensures there are clear links between the long-terms goals of the community and the activities of Council.

Corporate Planning

The Local Government Act 1993 requires Council to prepare a Management Plan each year with respect to:

  1. Council's activities for at least the next three (3) years; and
  2. Council's Revenue Policy for the next year.

Within the resources and information available, this Management Plan endeavours to meet the requirements of the Local Government Act.

2008/2009 Management Plan The 2008/2009 Management Plan was adopted at Council's June meeting which was held on the 19 June 2008.
2009/2010 Management Plan The 2009/2010 Management Plan was adopted at Council's June meeting which was held on the 18 June 2009.
2011/2012 Management Plan The 2011/2012 Management Plan was adopted at Council's June meeting which was held on the 16 June 2011.
