As part of the Management Plan process, Council is required to adopt a Revenue Policy setting out its Income and Expenditure requirements for the ensuing period.
Fees that are fixed by State Government Acts or Regulations will be adjusted as legislation requires. Where Council is able to set the level of the fees, to the greatest degree possible the amount of the fee will be determined on a user pay basis and will endeavour to recover the annual operating and maintenance cost of the goods or services.
