Meeting Agendas and Minutes

Council meets on the third Thursday of the month at 5.00 pm.

Correspondence for consideration by Council must be received by the Wednesday in the week preceding the Meeting.

Copies of Business Papers relating to the open sessions of the Councli meetings are available for public inspection at the Council Office preceding the meeting. A copy is also available on Council's web site.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council and certain Committee meetings except when otherwise resolved by Council to permit discussion of confidential matters.
